NEXT resident and on-call inspectors visit manufacturers and related sub-contractors to verify some specific and crucial stages of production, which have been previously agreed between client and vendor and are identified on the Test Plan as spot witness, spot witness, hold or review points.

QA-QC Inspection

Quality assurance and quality control services assure the quality of all materials, structures, components and systems utilized in the construction, manufacturing and operation of your industrial facilities. Our qualified inspectors help you ensure compliance with all contractual specifications, mandatory regulations and quality standards.

Welding Inspection

The inspection purpose is to verify the full compliance of operating procedures with the established drawings and the qualification results. In addition, during the welding activities, the inspector has the opportunity to carry out the first and most immediate testing of the joints; in many cases it allows an effective judgment of the quality achieved. As an experienced inspection increases the reliability and safety of the final component, inspectors should be qualified for their tasks.

NEXT’s inspection team is composed by certified welding inspectors with extensive experience in the construction of modules structures, pipelines and industrial plants. The qualifications are issued by TWI Certification as CSWIP, and by the Italian Institute of Welding as International Welding Inspector (I.W.I.).

Non-Destructive-Testing

Non destructive tests such as PMI Testing, Leakage Testing, Visual and Dimensional (VT), Dye Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Ultrasonic (UT) and Radiographic (RT). These methods are used on many industrial components that need to be checked in order to detect damage that may be difficult or expensive to find with other methods. Our staff is qualified according ASNT TC-1A or according ISO.

Packing Inspection and Shipment

Shipment inspection its work is a part of supply chain management and an important quality control method to ensure that quality is maintained and no damage is done to your products during the packing process and it is recommended for products in which the packing process is complicated and/or poses a high risk to product damage, it consist in:

  • Cleaning check (material cleanliness examination and/or external surface preparation);
